Andrew James Laidler (AJ) started AJL Construction so he could provide a professional, high quality and friendly building service to the wider community. After a number of years working for other builders he has picked up a wide variety of skills in many different facets of construction and he wants to share his knowledge and skills with people looking to build a new house, improve their existing house or even provide an inviting commercial space for a new or existing business.
AJ has been involved in the Construction industry for 21 years with experience in the areas of carpentry, formwork, mining, asbestos removal, site management, contracts administration and project management across lump sum and design & construct projects in the residential and commercial sectors.
AJ will Project Manage all aspects of the construction for your project from the day to day operations of the site, program management, contract administration of all subcontracts, ensuring all workplace health and safety procedures are adhered too and above all ensuring the quality of workmanship and finishes exceeds the clients expectations.
